A Law Firm in Irvine, CA, located in Irvine, CA, represents public entities and private companies in personal injury, premises liability, and employment matters.
We are looking for a 5 to 10 year attorney with experience in personal injury, premises liability and/or employment law defense to join our team. This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for day to day handing of files and for providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, conducting and responding to discovery, drafting legal documents (including responses to complaints and dispositive motions), negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
Required Qualifications:
- Admission to State Bar of California
- Experience in personal injury, premises liability and/or employment law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
