Expanding Personal Injury/No-fault firm located in Central Long Island is seeking a self-motivated attorney with minimum 5 years experience to join our growing team to manage litigation cases.Responsibilities include:
- Handling all aspects of personal injury litigation
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing pleadings, motions, discovery responses and other correspondence
- Conducting depositions
- Appearances at court proceedings
- Settlement negotiations and mediation
- Trial experience a plus

- Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (no exceptions)
- Must be results-oriented
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong oral argument and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
