We specialize in family law and criminal law matters and are led by a double-board-certified Family Law Specialist. - Manage your own caseload of family law and litigation matters with a high level of independence.
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced legal team to develop case strategies.
- Represent clients in court appearances, including trials, hearings, and settlement conferences.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while managing emotionally charged client situations.
- Stay updated on legal developments and exceed continuing legal education requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active California State Bar license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law or litigation.
- Exceptional legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary with performance-based bonuses ($180,000 - $360,000 per year).
- Hybrid Work Environment: Flexible remote and in-person work options, with court appearances primarily in Santa Clara County, and occasional appearances in Alameda, and San Mateo counties.
