Are you a talented mid-level associate with a passion for securities law? Procopio is looking for a dynamic attorney to join our highly decorated Corporate & Tax Team at our Del Mar Heights office.

What You'll Do:
You'll play a key role in handling SEC filings, public and private securities offerings, and other critical securities matters. Expect significant client interaction and the chance to shape your own practice while supporting a broad range of projects, including drafting prospectuses, press releases, board consents, and more.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 4-6 years of solid experience in SEC reporting, filings, public and private securities offerings, and compliance matters.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a knack for clear and responsive communication.
Requirements: California bar admission and excellent academic credentials.
