Our Rock Star Attorney has this type of experience:
  • at least three years of employment law or federal court litigation experience, which includes significant time at a large law firm, government, or strong litigation firm;
  • working with applicable laws related to employment matters, including Title VII, ADEA, EPA, GINA, FLSA, ADA, and PDA;
  • litigating single-plaintiff employment law cases, from complaint to disposition;
  • independently drafting dispositive motions, position statements and employee handbooks;
  • handling workplace investigations, DOL audits and mediations, and taking depositions; and
  • working on your own and prioritize multiple, often competing deliverables while managing expectations and meeting deadlines.
