A Title Insurance Company is seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate laws and regulations, with a proven track record of managing and closing real estate transactions efficiently. This role involves working closely with clients, realtors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate and that transactions are completed on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and organize documentation related to real estate transactions.
  • Communicate regularly with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient closings.
  • Review all closing and settlement documents, including escrow agreements, HUDs, and deeds.
  • Review files before, during, and after closings to prevent and resolve any potential claims.
  • Conduct closings for clients.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, contracts, and other related documents.
  • Negotiate and facilitate transactions, ensuring that clients' interests are protected.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
  • Conduct in-person training for our clients.

Requirements:
  • Active license to practice law in FL.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and legal processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
