A National Law Firm is seeking an associate to join our Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice group in our Atlanta, New York, or Washington D.C. office. We are seeking candidates with 4 to 7 years of project finance and development experience, including experience with M&A, EPCs, O&M, development, supply agreements, power purchase agreements, and project finance, ideally with renewable energy and/or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiating skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage some components of deals.This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national renewable energy project finance and development practice and participate in sophisticated matters. Our deal teams are structured to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state in which they practice.
The salary range for this position is $275,000 - $370,000, dependent on years of experience.
