The firm provides legal services to nonprofit, for-profit and public clients operating in the areas of real estate development and finance, affordable housing, health and human services, civil litigation, employment, and education. We are a full-service firm for the clients we serve.As a member of the firm's transaction group, the attorney will have the opportunity to engage in a full range of transactional legal work, including borrower and lender representation, landlord and tenant representation, asset and equity acquisitions and dispositions, property, operational, and organizational due diligence, joint ventures, and other organizational restructuring.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have three to seven years of experience in real estate and transactional work, with a focus on nonprofit and community development preferred. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with top academic credentials, excellent writing skills, a superior work ethic, the ability to think strategically and the desire to undertake complex transactions. Massachusetts bar membership or the ability to waive in is required.
