Description:
Dickinson Wright is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Real Estate/Finance Associate with 3+ years of experience in the real estate or finance group of a law firm and significant experience in financing transactions (including C&I, real estate, acquisition finance, construction finance, ABL, and/or cash flow), with fluency in real estate (including title and survey). Familiarity with syndicated finance, cannabis, healthcare, REITs, and/or PACE loans a plus. Candidates must be proactive with ability to critically analyze and thoughtfully problem solve, manage multiple files and competing deadlines, and effectively communicate with internal and external clients and counsels. Strong organization skills and commitment to teamwork and client service are required. This position is open to associates willing to work in Nashville, Detroit, or Denver.
