Atlanta Real Estate Closing Attorneys is seeking an experienced and dynamic Closing Attorney to join our Residential Real Estate team. This position is based at our main office, conveniently located off I-285 on Powers Ferry Road NW near the Galleria/Cumberland Mall area. While this role is primarily office-based, occasional travel to other metro Atlanta locations will be required.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential real estate law and be a current member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia. The ideal candidate will be organized, computer-savvy, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Title search experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a solid academic background. The successful candidate will enjoy networking, business development, teaching, public speaking, and conducting real estate closings.

Responsibilities include:

Navigating all aspects of residential real estate transactions from contract to close
Reviewing title reports and assisting team members with clearing title issues
Drafting legal documents and resolving title or contract-related issues
Conducting in-office and off-site closings
Building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and clients
Assisting the firm owner with occasional marketing and outreach efforts

Requirements:

Georgia Bar admission in good standing
Minimum 3 years of residential real estate experience
Strong understanding of Georgia real estate laws and closing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with paperless systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and shift between offices and tasks as needed
A collaborative, team-focused mindset with a strong customer service orientation
