Description:
A Full-Service Business Law Firm is seeking an Associate with 4-6 years of experience
to join its growing Real Estate Finance practice in Cincinnati,
Cleveland or Columbus. The successful candidate will have experience in
real estate finance or lending transactions representing financial
institutions and/or developers. Experience is preferred in projects
supported by Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits and
New Market Tax Credits. Ideal associate will have strong academic
credentials and work ethic, solid organizational skills, as well as the
ability to establish client and peer relationships in a collaborative
culture. Candidates must be licensed, or be willing to seek licensure,
in Ohio.
