We are seeking a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Counsel attorney to join our growing Real Estate Transactional Practice Group. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of demonstrated experience in real estate finance transactions (preferably on the Lender side). Candidates should be able to manage multiple deals simultaneously and proficient working with complex debt and equity financing structures, purchase and sale transaction documentation, as well as securitized lending, due diligence, managing title and survey review, and commercial leasing.
