Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on property compliance, zoning, and land use matters.
- Handle real estate disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Advise clients on real estate investments, including structuring and syndications.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state (multiple jurisdictions preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law.
- Expertise in compliance, transactional law, and dispute resolution.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
