Description:
Quarles seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its team in our Naples office. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with some experience in high-value residential transactions preferred. This candidate will draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, construction contracts, modification and workout documents and leases, as well as related due diligence work and closing these and other real estate transactions.
