Job Description:An International Law Firm's Chicago office has an immediate opening for a skilled real estate associate with 4-6 years of experience, preferably at a large firm. The ideal candidate will have general real estate and lending experience in the following areas: 1) acquisitions and development, 2) real estate finance (borrower-side) and 3) retail, office, and industrial leasing. All applicants must demonstrate excellence in writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills. We seek candidates with a solid academic background and strong interpersonal skills. EOE. M/F/D/V.
