Job Description:A Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights Litigation Law Firm is seeking an associate attorney with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on representing institutional and commercial lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate finance matters. Experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex real estate and finance transactions is required; workout experience is a plus. Additionally, candidates should possess expertise in reviewing title commitments, surveys, corporate organizational documents, opinions, and leases, and otherwise conducting comprehensive due diligence. Our ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New Jersey.
