An American International Law Firm has an opportunity available in our preeminent, internationally recognized Public Companies practice. We are seeking a mid to senior level associate with demonstrated experience advising public companies on a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and public company reporting, disclosure, and compliance. Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of experience (i) representing public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance; (ii) managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs; and (iii) representing companies in capital markets transactions. Ideal candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. EOE.The expected annual pay range for this position is $365,000+. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
