Description:
Candidate should have 3-6 years (classes 2018-2021) of significant transactional experience in debt project finance and/or tax equity. Experience should include negotiation of preparation, review and negotiation of credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, collateral documents and other ancillary credit documents, and/or tax equity transaction documents (including equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC Agreements, leases and other ancillary documents relating thereto), and include significant experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements (joint venture agreements, feedstock, offtake, EPC/EPCM, O&M services, transportation, commodity purchase and sale, and and/or other project agreements). The annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $390,000. Salary determinations are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
