A Multinational Law Firm is seeking a LatAM mid level Associate (Class Years 2019-2021) to join the Firm's Project Development & Finance practice group in the New York office. The Project Development & Finance practice group focuses on finance and development, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and complex work-outs and restructurings of infrastructure assets across the breadth of infrastructure sectors, including power, mining, renewables and sustainable development and transportation.The ideal candidate has Project Development & Finance experience from an Amlaw 100 law firm and strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school. The candidate will have an almost immediate opportunity to take on a significant role in transactions. Fluency in Spanish is required.
