The Chicago office has an immediate need for a Private Equity Fund Formation associate with 4-7 years of experience. Ideal candidates will have large firm experience representing private fund sponsors and institutional investors on a variety of complex fund formation matters, co-investments and secondary transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced associates to grow professionally as part of a global practice which will provide substantial client interaction, significant responsibility, growth potential and a team-oriented work environment.The salary range for this role is $310,000 - $535,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
