A global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join its premier Private Credit Department, working from its Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, New York or Washington, DC office.The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience. Candidates must have demonstrated lending experience plus general experience with a variety of financing transactions. Experience with due diligence, non-reliance letters, non-disclosure agreements, landlord waivers and deposit account control agreements is preferred.
Excellent academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills, and a client-team focused work ethic are required. Qualified candidates should include their resume and a copy of their law school transcript with their application.
