We are looking for an associate with 3-7 years of experience to join our Privacy and Cybersecurity team in Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C. to play a key role in our cybersecurity counseling, incident response, and cyber investigations practice. Our highly experienced team deals with complex cybersecurity issues for leading and innovative companies around the world. We represent clients in connection with major security incidents and the investigations that follow, and we advise on cyber best practices and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a mid-level associate to take on significant responsibility within the group and to help us continue to grow the practice to serve the leading technology companies as they navigate the ever-increasing complexity of cybersecurity regulation.Experience with incident response, cyber counseling, and FTC, SEC or state AG policy and enforcement regarding cybersecurity is desirable. Superior academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
