Job Summary:
This is an hybrid client acquisition and case management role. The ideal candidate will have some form of personal injury experience and speak with and sign up potential clients while also assisting with critical prelitigation tasks to support the firm's growing caseload. You will play a key role in assessing case viability, onboarding clients, and ensuring that prelitigation cases are progressing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Intake & Client Acquisition
  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients via phone, video, or in person.
  • Evaluate case viability based on the facts, applicable law, and potential damages.
  • Clearly explain the personal injury process and the benefits of hiring our firm.
  • Secure signed representation agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Address client concerns and questions during the intake process to build trust and rapport.

Prelitigation Case Support

  • Assist in reviewing medical records, bills, and police reports to strengthen case valuation.
  • Draft letters of representation, demand letters, and case summaries as needed.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters and opposing parties to facilitate early negotiations.
  • Work closely with the case management team to monitor treatment progress and ensure clients receive appropriate medical care.
  • Help prepare demand packages and gather supporting documentation for settlement negotiations.
  • Identify potential case issues early in the process and strategize solutions.
  • Ensure that case deadlines are met and assist in moving cases efficiently through prelitigation.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas (Required)
  • 1+ years of personal injury experience (intake and/or prelitigation experience preferred, does not have to be as a lawyer)
  • Strong ability to connect with clients and build trust quickly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong case management abilities
  • Ability to assess case viability and strategize next steps
  • Experience in drafting demand letters and negotiating with adjusters is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
