High volume personal injury caseload in a fast pace environment

Build strong attorney-client relationships
Evaluate liability and damages to develop winning case strategies
Assertively guide clients through medical treatment and case progression
Communicate/collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, providers, and insurance adjusters
Strategically manage and resolve claims before they reach the courtroom
Partner with litigation team for cases needing transition
Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred
Office - onsite role

What do I need to bring to the table:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
License to practice law in Colorado and in good standing
At least 2 years of plaintiff-side auto accident personal injury experience
Proven success in case negotiations and settlements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
