Description:

We are seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our Atlanta office. Successfully work a high value caseload, including trucking collisions, motor vehicle collision, premises, and other negligence cases. Supervise and mentor case manager and support staff. Responsible for excellent client communication and diligent action on all matters.

Qualifications:

Full time availability-Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
License must be active and in good standing with your local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred.
Proven track record of meeting monthly goals and KPI's.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in personal injury.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients and adjusters.
Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and promptly respond to their inquiries.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients from the initial consultation, through treatment of injuries, demands, negotiations, settlement, and resolution.
Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action.
Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys.
Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently.
Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff.
Create legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings.
Manage communication with clients, witnesses, and insurance adjusters to gather necessary information and investigate cases thoroughly.
Oversee and handle an active caseload.
Assess the legal aspects of personal injury claims and offer comprehensive legal guidance to potential clients.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, aiming to secure the maximum compensation possible.
