Position Overview:
The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with a strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to advocate effectively for injured clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through settlement, trial, or verdict.
Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and liability and damages analysis.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings as needed.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and legal strategy.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and support staff to maximize case outcomes.
Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and developments affecting personal injury litigation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Strong knowledge of personal injury law, civil procedure, and litigation practices.
Experience handling depositions, motion practice, negotiations, and mediations.
Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
