Position Overview:
The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with a strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to advocate effectively for injured clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through settlement, trial, or verdict.
  • Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and liability and damages analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
  • Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
  • Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and legal strategy.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and support staff to maximize case outcomes.
  • Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and developments affecting personal injury litigation.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, civil procedure, and litigation practices.
  • Experience handling depositions, motion practice, negotiations, and mediations.
  • Trial experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
