Description:
Do you want to be a part of a growing, cutting-edge personal injury law firm that helps people during the worst part of their lives but are tired of the traditional practice of personal injury law and the demands of a hectic and stressful schedule?
Do you love building relationships with clients but have come to dislike the day-to-day grind of discovery, motions, demands, and preparing for trials?
If you answered “yes” to BOTH of these questions, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Our growing law firm is seeking a highly motivated personal injury attorney with a strong desire to build relationships by working with potential clients and walking them through the strategic process of how the personal injury process works, working with new clients to gather all initial evidence, and ensuring the clients are able to obtain any needed medical treatment. Our firm is based in Frisco with a second office in Sherman and exclusively handles personal injury cases.
Responsibilities
- Review intake of potential new clients
- Make decisions as to whether to offer services or to help find the right attorney for the potential client (we don’t leave people hanging out to dry)
- Ensure a strategy is set and implemented before the client is introduced to the remainder of the team
- Potentially helping establish liability (many times requires thinking outside the box and running down evidence)
- Weekly reports through our intake management system to ensure we are correctly tracking all metrics
- Teach and manage the intake team
- Communication with the marketing team regarding leads
- Provide clients with solutions and an extraordinary level of personal service
- Treat your fellow team members with the highest degree of respect
- Celebrating client victories

- Able to empathize with others going through traumatic events
- Ability to manage the intake team, including teaching and reporting
- Must be able to follow processes and procedures
- Must be willing to step up and help teammates whenever and for whatever is needed
