The Opportunity:We are a small but growing firm with offices in Encino, Riverside and Palm Desert. We are looking for a personal injury/civil litigation attorney for our Encino office.
We are looking for an attorney who can manage, supervise and run our personal injury/civil litigation practice. Your responsibility would be to handle the files from beginning to end (with support staff provided). You may also be assisting with depositions for our workers' compensation department. We are looking for someone motivated and hungry who can help develop our personal injury and civil litigation practice.
Trial experience or employment law experience a plus but not required.
The ability to bring in cases would be a big plus. Perfect situation for someone who wants the upside of having their own practice without the stress or overhead.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working specifically with personal injury/civil litigation files.
- High Attention detail
- Organized
- Self starter - able to work with limited supervision
- Friendly and professional and flexible (working in a fast paced environment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
