Duties:
- Assist in composing detailed demand letters outlining the client's injuries, damages sustained, legal basis for the claim and the specific settlement amount requested.
- Analyze applicable laws and precedents related to personal injury claims to determine the appropriate legal arguments and settlement value.
- Facilitate direct negotiations with opposing counsel or insurance adjusters to secure a just settlement for the client.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing regular updates on their case status.
- Although the primary focus of this role is on pre-litigation tasks, the ideal candidate should also be equipped to support the litigation process when necessary, including drafting petitions, discovery motions, and related documents and attending court.
Requirements:
- Bachelors and JD Degree Required.
- Must have a good standing Oklahoma Bar License.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
