As a Personal Injury Attorney, your main focus will be using your expertise in personal injury and insurance law to advocate for injured individuals and assist them in seeking compensation. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with ample opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of pre-litigation cases concerning personal injury, including communicating with clients, supervising cases, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
  • Give legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, safeguarding their rights and chasing reasonable reimbursement for physical injury, medical bills, and other related losses.
  • Assemble and scrutinize a variety of legal documents, such as petitions, motions, responses to discovery requests, settlement contracts, and any other correspondence related to the case.
  • Facilitate resolution discussions with other parties, insurance providers, and defense lawyers.
  • Cooperate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure clients are given the best results possible.

Qualifications:
  • Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with CA Bar Association.
  • Minimum 1-year of prior experience in personal injury (pay depends on experience).
  • In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
  • Demonstrated success in personal injury cases, including significant settlements and verdicts.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a large caseload.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
