You will have to opportunity to work with many different lawyers in our group in numerous offices and geographical locations.
Salary: $275,000 – $355,000
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 4-7 years of M&A experience, with a preference for those with PE experience and those who have led deal teams in a mid-level to senior-level role. Prior employment with a sophisticated law firm is preferred. Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required. Applicants should be admitted to practice in the state they are applying for.
