A Full-Service Business Law Firm seeks a Patent Litigation Senior Associate or Counsel with 7-10 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property practice group. This position can be located out of any of the following Thompson Hine offices: Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Cincinnati, Cleveland or Columbus. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating cases involving computer, software, wireless device, or medical device technologies, and will have significant experience with Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) practice, including a proven ability to handle inter partes reviews (IPRs) from start to finish. Registration to practice before the USPTO is required. The candidate will have strong academic credentials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, as well as the ability to establish client and peer relationships in a team-oriented culture.
