A Full-Service Business Law Firm is seeking a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate
with 3-6 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property practice
group. This position can be located out of any of the following Thompson
Hine offices: Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, D.C, Cincinnati, Cleveland,
or Columbus. Ideal candidates will have experience with research,
drafting discovery responses and requests and motions practice. A
technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or
electrical engineering is preferred. Strong academic credentials are
required, as well as the ability to establish client and peer
relationships in a team-oriented culture.
