Our Ideal Candidate:
- Is currently engaged in patent preparation/prosecution work.
- Has 2+ years of recent experience in patent preparation, with experience in Wireless telecommunications systems, standards-related technologies, communication networks, electrical hardware and software, computer networks, semiconductors, storage devices, circuits, memory, cloud computing, data security, or wearable technology preferred.
- Has a strong academic record with a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent fields.
- Is a practitioner who possesses a growth mindset and enjoys working in an innovative culture on cutting-edge technology.
Compensation and Expectations:
Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based—you'll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team's efforts. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $200,000- $260,000. Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
