Saul Ewing is currently seeking an exceptional mid-level patent attorney or senior-level patent agent to join the firm's busy intellectual property practice. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Must have patent agent experience and/or a Ph.D. in chemical sciences, particularly organic chemistry and/or medicinal chemistry. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and must be admitted to practice before the USPTO. This position is open to any of our offices in the following states: DE, FL, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ and PA. Saul Ewing offers hybrid work options to all firm members.
