Overview:
The San Francisco office of A Leading Litigation Law Firm, an AV-rated® firm designated one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Part-Time or hourly Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Labor & Employment, Professional Liability and/or Commercial Litigation. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

Responsibilities: Independently manage a litigation caseload by working cases from inception through resolution. Handle extensive discovery practice, court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Qualifications:
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school.
  • 4+ years of litigation experience in general or professional liability, employment or commercial litigation.
  • Admitted to practice in California.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
