Remote Part-Time Consultation Attorney

You're a licensed immigration attorney who thrives in mission-driven work. You're passionate about helping people understand their options, and you know how to guide clients through one of the most stressful decisions of their lives.

You're skilled at connecting with clients, identifying strong cases, and translating complex immigration issues into plain language. You're confident leading consultations, comfortable discussing retainers, and driven by results — not just closing a case, but empowering someone to take the next step in their immigration journey with a law firm they can trust.

You bring at least 1–2 years of immigration law experience, are fluent in both English and Spanish, and want part-time, flexible, meaningful work that lets you make a real impact.

About the role:
As a Part-Time Consultation Attorney, you will be the first legal point of contact for prospective clients. You'll conductconsultations, evaluate eligibility, and provide limited follow-up to convert qualified leads into clients.

You will not manage active cases — this role is focused exclusively on front-end consultation and conversion.

You Will:
  • Conduct scheduledconsultations via Zoom or phone with prospective clients.
  • Evaluate client eligibility and advise on potential immigration options.
  • Use firm-provided scripts, tools, and systems to ensure a consistent, compassionate consultation experience.
  • Provide limited follow-up for client conversion, with support from the intake and case management teams.
  • Accurately document consultations and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team and participate in regular check-ins and trainings.

Requirements:
  • Licensed attorney in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of immigration law experience required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using MyCase, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $75–$120, Depending on Experience.
  • Schedule: 16–20 Hours per Week, Flexible.
  • Benefits: Paid Pto.
  • Fully Remote Position.
