A Business Litigation Firm is seeking a Partner with 6+ years of experience to join our Construction and/or General Liability practice in our Arizona office. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of construction and/or general liability practice and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. Our firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment, and the opportunity to try cases to a jury.

Qualifications:

JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
6+ years of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense
Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, taking/defending depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
Excellent client service, oral advocacy, and written communication skills
