Position Overview:
We're seeking a Trial Attorney who's ready to hit the ground running. No experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training in both the law and courtroom procedures. If you're excited by the idea of being in court daily and making a real impact, this could be the role for you. You will be able to learn everything from Intake to settlements, in order to find your “niche,” within our company. We are looking for driven individuals that want to work in a positive and growth-oriented work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in unlawful detainer proceedings across Los Angeles County.
- Appear in court daily for hearings, trials, and other litigation-related matters.
- Learn and apply landlord-tenant law with support from experienced mentors.
- Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California. (this is a must)
- Willingness to travel daily within LA County.
- Strong verbal advocacy skills and a desire to be in court regularly.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.
