A National Labor & Employment Firm seeks associates with at least 3–5 years of experience in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation to join its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. This opportunity is available only in our Denver, Florida, Irvine, Los Angeles, and New York offices.Ideal candidates will have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, and deposition and discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues). Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be admitted to the state bar of the state in which they reside and hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. We are seeking associates located within reasonable proximity to one of the office locations listed above. While this role offers some flexibility, it is important that associates reside within a reasonable distance from an office to facilitate in-person collaboration as needed.
