Summary:A Global Law Firm's eDiscovery and Information Management group is seeking a skilled eDiscovery associate to join its team. This position will have a high level of responsibility and will include client and partner-level interaction. Ideal candidates will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. The firm is seeking candidates who are high performing and committed to excellence. Candidates must be admitted to Bar in the state they are practicing. The candidate can be located in any state where A Global Law Firm has an office.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for eDiscovery work on complex litigation matters
- Supervise and coordinate project execution to meet project timelines, budgets and standards
- Draft and negotiate discovery related protocols, orders and agreements
- Serve as point of contact with A Global Law Firm case team, including partners, and/or client regarding eDiscovery project execution, implementation and status
- Oversee document review teams
- Create accurate budgets/estimates for review projects, as well as monthly revenue forecasting and monthly invoice review
- Create and manage document review workflows, including QC process
- Provide guidance and training to review attorneys to sustain and improve work product and performance
- Create and maintain the A Global Law Firm positive team environment

Minimum Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M.
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
Minimum Years of Experience:
3-5 years' experience (in-house, law firm, government, etc.) working in eDiscovery
