DLA Piper is seeking Mid-Level Employee Benefits Associates with at least 3+ years of experience to work in its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group for our California, Chicago, DC, Miami or Texas offices. We are looking for candidates who have broad-based employee benefit experience in health, welfare and retirement plans and familiarity with related Internal Revenue Code and ERISA requirements.

We prefer candidates with big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, excellent analytical and writing skills, and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience. M&A experience is a plus.
