We are seeking a midlevel Commercial Disputes associate to join the Research Triangle Park (RTP) office. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience with general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina. Candidates should have experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting and managing the discovery practice, including e-discovery.
Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to or eligible for the North Carolina Bar. Clerkship or journal experience is preferred but not required. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
