Job Description Summary:A Law Firm of More than 350 Attorneys is seeking a mid-level associate to join our growing antitrust practice in the Washington, DC office. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience on transactional antitrust matters, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and the state attorneys general offices. Experience with other antitrust counseling and agency-facing matters is also desired. In addition, applicants must possess superb research, writing, and analytic skills, an ability to work creatively, both independently and as part of a team. All applicants must have excellent academic credentials and references.
