We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience. This is a Multi-Office/National opening with a preference for our Atlanta or Charlotte office. The position can be remote or hybrid.

The Day-To-Day:
As an attorney in the Litigation Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You Have:
- Experience with a broad range of business litigation. Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act is a bonus, but not necessary
- Meaningful litigation experience in the following areas: responding to and issuing discovery, drafting motions and supporting memoranda, eDiscovery, managing productions, and creating privilege logs
- Keen problem-solving and people skills
- Commitment to becoming a strong commercial litigator
- Excellent academic credentials (prefer law review and/or judicial clerkship)
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Georgia bar required or ability to waive-in is required.
