- Excellent research skills utilizing Westlaw and LexisNexis for comprehensive legal analysis.
- Exceptional legal drafting and writing skills for pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
- Effective negotiation abilities to facilitate settlements that benefit clients while maintaining professionalism.
