We represent businesses, individuals and families undergoing the U.S. immigration procedures. As a Litigation Attorney at An Immigration Law Firm you will be part of a team of passionate, dedicated and tenacious professionals and most importantly, you'll get the opportunity to use your legal expertise to make a real impact in our clients' lives.

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
  • Represent clients in removal defense before EOIR, including master and individual calendar hearings;
  • Prepare and submit motions, briefs, and evidence packets for immigration court and appeals before the BIA;
  • Attend and advocate for clients at USCIS interviews;
  • Assist clients with ICE check-ins;
  • Manage a variety of immigration cases, including family-based petitions and humanitarian applications.
  • Research complex immigration issues and contribute to innovative legal solutions;
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client service
  • Maintain strict adherence to all ethical and professional standards;

Your credentials must include:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license
  • At least 2 years of experience with immigration law
  • Demonstrated commitment to immigration law and social justice
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to manage high-volume caseload
  • Technological proficiency and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
