We are seeking a Litigation Attorney who shares our values and is driven to deliver results that propel our business and our clients forward.

What You'll Do:
  • Represent clients in a diverse caseload of business litigation matters, handling at least 5 cases per quarter.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions, and conduct legal research, ensuring at least 8 filings or memoranda are completed per month.
  • Stay updated on relevant case law, dedicating a minimum of 12 hours per year to continuing legal education.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to at least 15 clients per month and maintain a client satisfaction score of 4.5/5.
  • Build a network and participate in professional and business networking, attending at least 4 networking events per month and establishing 8 new professional contacts.
  • Grow your book of business by 10% annually to contribute to the firm's growth.
  • Market the firm, focusing on the firm's litigation capabilities, to increase the number of litigation consultations by 20% within the next year.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients for case evaluation and qualification, aiming to consult with at least 5 potential clients per week.

What you need to thrive in this role

  • Knowledge and capability in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial
  • Knowledge and experience taking and defending depositions
  • E-Discovery and E-Filings experience
  • CRM experience
  • Strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills
  • Skilled in evaluating cases
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or elsewhere in the United States
  • Ideally have a portable book of business of $250,000, but not required
  • Social media and digital marketing skills a plus
