What You'll Do:
As a Litigation Attorney, You Will:
  • Work on Complex Real Estate Litigation Cases, Gaining Exposure to All Stages of The Litigation Process, Including Trial Preparation.
  • Draft Pleadings, Discovery, Motions, and Briefs, with Mentorship from Seasoned Attorneys to Refine Your Skills.
  • Collaborate on Innovative Case Strategies to Address Intricate Legal Challenges.
  • Take on Increasing Levels of Responsibility, with Opportunities to Gain Courtroom Experience as You Advance.

No Experience Required

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Research and Draft Pleadings, Briefs, and Motions
  • Manage Administrative Assistants, Paralegals, and Law Clerks
  • Get the Appropriate Legal Documents Ready for Clients, Such as Brief, Motions, and Pleadings, as Well as Correspondence
  • Determine Case Strategies and Solutions to Serve Clients' Needs After Analysis
  • Appear in Court on Behalf of Clients and Argue Motions During Legal Proceedings
  • Work Closely with And Provide Leadership to Administrative Staff Concerning Client Billing, Client Meetings and Invoicing, as Well as Finalizing Client Projects
  • Advise Clients by Weighing Available Options Toward a Successful Outcome and Plan a Course of Action

Qualifications:
  • California Licensed Attorneys Only.
  • Strong Knowledge of Legal Research Programs Such as Westlaw and Lexis Products Is Required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Is Necessary
  • Decision-Making, Public Speaking, Problem-Solving, Interpersonal Skills, and Communication Skills Are a Must
  • Able to Work Independently While Handling Multiple Files
