- Florida Bar License is required, as well as a minimum of 5 years of litigation and trial personal injury law experience.
Job Duties:
- Managing the day-to day handling of a full case load with pre-suit and litigation files
- Manage and provide training as need to support staff
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
- Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Screen potential clients
- Investiating claims and gather evidence
- Documenting injuries and expenses
- Calculating damages
- Interviewing witnesses
- Reviewing medical documents
- Representing client through trial
- Counseling clients throughout the entire claims process
- Attending and Preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances.
